Each DC fast charger is protected with shockproof and waterproof packaging, and securely placed inside a customized, sturdy wooden crate for sea or land freight protection.
2. What is the typical lead time?
The standard production lead time is 25-40 days after order confirmation, depending on the model and quantity. Expedited production can be arranged for urgent projects.
3. Do you support product customization (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including custom colors, logos, branding, tailored hardware configurations, and software interfaces.
4. What is your sample policy?
Samples are available for testing. Sample cost and freight are borne by the customer. Upon bulk order placement, sample costs can often be deducted.
5. How is quality controlled before delivery?
Every single unit undergoes a 100% full-load aging test and functional check before leaving the factory to ensure strict performance and safety standards.
6. What are the payment terms?
Our standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment via T/T.
