What is the MOQ and Price Term?
No MOQ for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For bulk orders exceeding 1000-2000 pcs (depending on models), FOB terms apply.
Do you support custom designs and requirements?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with an in-house mold and plastic injection workshop. Our professional LED team can develop products based on your specific requirements, including logo and packaging customization with an MOQ of 1000 pcs.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is approximately 15-20 days. For customized packaging and logos, the lead time is between 25-30 days depending on the order quantity.
How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, which takes 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What are your accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For orders above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery.
