What is the expected delivery time?
Generally, delivery takes between 7-30 days after receiving payment. Precise timing depends on the specific products and order quantity.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 PC. We also have over 100 technicians available to meet customized requirements.
How long does it take to fully charge an electric car?
Charging time = Battery capacity (kWh) / Lower value of OBC or Charger power. For example, a 40kWh battery with a 22kW charger and 7kW OBC takes approx 5.7 hours.
Can you provide customized OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we have been involved with OEM and ODM projects since 2004, providing professional customized services for our global clients.
What after-sales service do you provide?
We provide a 2-year warranty and have a dedicated after-sales team. Engineers offer support and instruction via video or phone calls whenever needed.
